We’re so excited to announce that as of Monday, November 4th, our corporate headquarters will be making the loooooong move from the 5th floor of our building to the 1st floor!
Even though we’re not moving far, our office will still need to be closed during our transition. On Friday, November 1st our telephone system won’t be online, and our staff will be busy in our new space. We have, however, made arrangements so that your software support needs will be met. Our Support Team will be available remotely to respond to your requests if you call (913) 305-5530. They will also be receiving emails sent to firstname.lastname@example.org, and you’ll still have access to the Lucity Support Center (lucity.zendesk.com).
We hope you don’t notice any delays in response time, and we appreciate your patience. We’ll be back to normal in our new digs on Monday, November 4th. We’ll share some photos once we’re settled, and you’re always welcome to stop by if you’re in the neighborhood! And look for an invitation to an open house soon…we’d love to show you around.
