This week we released version 1.40 of the Lucity Mobile application for iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch. This new release includes:
- Support for iOS 8
- Viewing record counts in child lists
- Jump to add for child views with no records
- Ability to open and jump into a new view from child items (requires Lucity 2014r2+)
October is turning out to be an exciting month here at Lucity headquarters. Our hometown team, the Kansas City Royals, is playing in the World Series for the first time in 29 years! Our Kansas City crew is having fun watching, talking about, and even attending the games. We Kansas City Royals fans are giddy folks these days, with our team taking the American League pennant and heading to the World Series. The amazing 2014 postseason run Lucity’s hometown Royals are currently on is all the more special given the decades of baseball futility we’ve endured since taking the World Series crown in 1985.
A special time indeed – in fact, the Royals’ impact extends beyond its fan base and geographic market. Evidence the 10/16/14 article from The Atlantic titled “The Kansas City Royals’ Huge Appeal”.
