Searching for Support

If you’ve been a Lucity client for any length of time at all, you know how proud we are of our software support. From our fantastic help guides (thanks to @LucityJonathan) to our crack support team (led by @LucityAli), our devotion to helping you and YOUR team succeed is evident. And we’re always looking for ways to help you along the way, little tools and tricks to get you the answers you need even faster.

We’re excited to share our latest tool…a Help Search form. Modeled after our favorite search engine, we’ve given you options for where you’d like to search for key words: the Help Guides, our blog, the Lucity YouTube channel, and the Support Center.

  • There’s a wealth of information in our Help Guides – this online tool is a great starting point for any software-related questions. The Help Search tool searches ALL the Help Guides for relevant information. In addition to the Search tool, there are a handful of key links provided toward the bottom of the page.
  • Our blog has a great mix of content, from staff spotlights to release previews. You’ll see all relevant blog posts based on your search terms.
  • The Looking Into Lucity software videos on the Lucity YouTube channel are fantastic, bite-sized demonstrations of key components of our software. Search results will show you any video content that may help you out.
  • And the Lucity Support center search combs through the knowledge base to find your keywords.

There are a couple ways to access this search tool…from the Lucity Help menu and directly from help.lucity.com. Take a look around, give it a go, and let us know what you think. Happy hunting!
