Check out our release notes for a full list of changes for the release. Here is a highlight of some of the features that have been improved or added for this release.
New Admin Portal in Lucity Web
The new admin portal allows administrators to manage system settings (including a new search feature!), view and manage administrative reports, and view license and security information.
Improvements for Tools and Toolkits
Many of the tools and toolkits were revamped and improved for this release including the Create Work Order, Create Request, Create PM/Template, Subsets, and more. In addition, many toolkits are now available for mobile users. A description of some of the new tools available and tool enhancements are in our release notes.
Crystal Reports Enterprise
Lucity now allows you to leverage enterprise editions of Crystal Reports including SAP Crystal Server or the SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform. These server solutions from SAP provide improved scalability, performance, and reporting management for clients who need more from reporting.
Sewer TV Graph
The Sewer and Storm PACP and TV Inspection modules now have a full featured TV graph available in the web.
Improved Features for Plants and Equipment
Many new special behaviors were added to help agencies manage plants, plant processes, and equipment which are taken offline. This includes cascading offline status for dependent assets as well as automated PMs which trigger when assets are taken offline. More details about these features will be highlighted in a webinar coming soon.
New AddIn for ArcGIS Pro
We are excited to announce our first AddIn for ArcGIS Pro is now available. It allows users to view relationships, create Work Orders, Requests, PM/Work Templates, and Inspections against assets in the map.
Default View Management
Administrators can now configure default views on a per group basis for Requests, Equipment, Facility Buildings and PM Templates. Additionally, you can now disable the requirement for users to have view permissions (module level permissions are still enforced).
There are many more features not mentioned here, but hopefully this gives a peek into this new release. Leave a comment below if you have any questions. Submit ideas at Lucity Listens for new features. We hope to see all of you at ACT this year in Orlando!
