Clients on Lucity 2016 or Lucity 2016R2 can download an update (2.3) to the Lucity mobile application for iPad® and iPhone®. This service release addresses the following issues:
- Resolves issue with adding to an existing work order from the map
- Resolves problems interacting with the map while offline

Today Lucity released an update to the Google Play ™ store for Lucity Mobile 2.0 (Build 3) for use with Lucity 2016 and Lucity 2016r2. This update adds: support for offline Asset Tree and Data Drill expansions; support for remembering the last selection for Find Assets, Edit Features, and Multiple Select in the map; and support for Canadian date formats. It also changes what is displayed in the map Find function (layer name instead of feature name) and addresses various bugs.
The update can be downloaded from the Google Play™ store from your device. To enable updates automatically, open the Lucity Mobile 2.0 details page on Google Play on the device and check the box that says “Allow automatic updating.”
