Earlier this month at our ACT (Annual Conference and Training) we announced that we would soon begin connecting with our users via a new medium – Live Chat! We will be rolling it out to some beta users soon so that we can start getting used to this new method of providing our Lucity family the best support we can.
In order to access the chat feature, you will need to be logged in to the Lucity Support Center website (https://support.lucity.com). You will then be able to see a button in the lower right hand side of the screen.
The button will either say “Chat with us” or “Leave a message.” The “Chat” message indicates that we are currently online and can accept a chat. The “Leave a message” icon indicates that we aren’t currently able to accept a chat but you can still use that button to submit a ticket with us. We will mostly be online for chats between the hours of 10am-4pm CST.
We will notify you as we roll this new capability out to your organization so be on the lookout for that and please make use of it as you are able. We are excited to offer you this new method for reaching out to us with support issues/questions and look forward to finding out what you think of it too!
