Focus On >> Custom Report Sharing

One request that we have received many times is to provide a place for you to share your custom reports with each other.  To fulfill this we’ve set up a new area in the Support Center to showcase custom reports.  This area is visible when you are logged into the Support Center and is called “Custom Report Sharing”.

We think this is a great way to share ideas, and look for ways to accomplish your reporting goals.  We would love for you to contribute to this section by sending us a report that you think others would benefit from or that you are proud of.  Continue reading

iOS Release for Lucity 2.0

Clients using Lucity 2016 or Lucity 2016r2 can download a new release for Lucity 2.0 (2.4) for iPad® and iPhone®. This release includes the following:

  • ATS Compliance (TLS 1.2)
  • Changes to the application colors
  • Support for Quick Lookups
  • Support for Show All in pick lists
  • Support for logging device location
  • Added an Add button on forms
  • Added a Show in Map button on forms
  • Added a search in the Modules Menu
  • Support for remembering last layer on Find and Multi-Select in the map
  • Show in Map callout is now like the Identify callout
  • Support for longer texts in map attributes
  • Disabled Delete on Multi-Select in grids
  • Various bug fixes

We’re excited to share with you our plans for a live webinar in December. We’ve asked longtime Lucity user and Client Advisory Board member Kevin Coons (Sr. Systems Analyst at the City of Wichita, KS) to be our guest presenter. Kevin will explore the QA dashboards that the City of Wichita, KS has set up for Lucity, what type of checks they have put in place and how they use them.
