Leveraging Esri Citizen Reporter and Navigator Apps with Lucity Workflows

In an effort to extend users’ ability to easily leverage ArcGIS platform capabilities and streamline their spatial workflows, Lucity recently released integrations supporting two Esri applications:

Citizen Reporter: a crowdsourcing solution which allows the general public to submit non-emergency problems for action and resolution in Lucity (example – potholes, graffiti, blight, trash dump, street light). This will be available beginning with Lucity Version 2018.

Navigator for ArcGIS: a routing app which provides optimized directions for mobile workforce management using standard or custom map data (example – garbage pickup, street sweeping, asset inspections)
