Last week at our Annual Conference & Training (ACT) we recognized the 2nd annual Lucity Legacy Award recipients during our Plenary Session. We’re so excited about the opportunity to recognize some members of the Lucity family, and we wanted to share some highlights with you.
The Lucity Legacy Award was developed to shine a light on individuals or organizations within the Lucity family who continually demonstrate a desire to raise the bar. The recipients of the Lucity Legacy Award are leaving an impact on their organizations, their teams, or their communities and we are proud to acknowledge and celebrate these accomplishments. Award recipients will be recognized annually at our Annual Conference & Training, and a plaque of recognition will hang at Lucity Headquarters.
Our award recipients this year once again include one individual user and two organizations.
This year we’ve selected a user who received the same glowing review from the majority of our support team. They all used many of the same words to describe him…a nice guy, funny, easy-going, great attitude, innovative. His accent is a nice addition too! He is always eager and willing to learn, and he works hard to understand nuances within the software to improve performance for his organization (even when it might be confusing for him). Join us in congratulating this year’s Lucity Legacy Individual Award winner: Tracy Nuchols from West Knox Sanitary District!
The first organization we would like to recognize is a client that finished up with their initial implementation of LucityAM this year. Throughout implementation they were fully engaged and committed to being a team player with us in ensuring a successful implementation and launch. They had exceptional leadership as well as highly engaged IT and GIS groups. They truly took LucityAM, turned it on its head and found creative ways to leverage it in order to meet their exact needs. This kind of commitment & creativity is critical to the success of Lucity software adoption and use during implementation and beyond. It was an absolute honor to work with this year’s recipient, the City of Kirkland, Washington. Congratulations and thank you for your commitment and efforts!
Our final category of recognition relates to product development. Lucity’s success is related to the design feedback and suggestions we
receive from our user community. So many of our users contribute to our product offerings and enhancements that we found it hard to choose just one agency to recognize! However, in the end this year’s award recipient is the Unified Government of Wyandotte County, Kansas, for their help in developing our permitting enhancements as well as our new Computer Hardware and Fiber modules. Thank you!
Congratulations to all of our award winners!
