As a result of these efforts, we are excited to announce a new position has been created to ensure this experience for our Lucity users. In May, we added a dedicated Customer Success Manager to our Lucity family. Customer Success provides proactive outreach to customers to ensure that they have the information, products and services needed to get the maximum value from the product and the greatest satisfaction with CentralSquare Technologies.
We’re excited to introduce you to your Customer Success Manager, Angie Renken. Angie is originally from Lawrence, KS and attended the University of Kansas. She graduated with a degree in Business and currently resides in the Kansas City area with her family. Prior to joining CentralSquare, she worked in account management and customer success for 10+ years. We are confident Angie will take care of you with the same enthusiasm and professionalism that inspired us to ask her to join our team.
