Focus On >> Custom Report Sharing
One request that we have received many times is to provide a place for you to share your custom reports with each other. To fulfill this we’ve set up a new area in the Support Center to showcase custom reports. This area is visible when you are logged into the Support Center and is called “Custom Report Sharing”.
We think this is a great way to share ideas, and look for ways to accomplish your reporting goals. We would love for you to contribute to this section by sending us a report that you think others would benefit from or that you are proud of. Continue reading

Focus On >> City of Newark Success Story
Those of you who attended ACT16 may have been able to catch a presentation Lindsey Brighton from the City of Newark shared about how their agency makes use of an internal Lucity user group. This can be such a useful plan and we thought it was something worth sharing here. In addition to the video below, there is a conversation thread on our Community Forums that would be a great place to ask for ideas and feedback, as well as to share your thoughts.
