Lucity is proud to announce Lucity Civic Engagement (powered by CitySourced). Of course it makes sense to ensure citizens can report issues with city assets, but it turns out there are right and wrong ways to approach this. This webinar will begin by describing the new Lucity Civic Engagement solution from the point of view of a city and a citizen, and highlighting how simple, turnkey, and low-cost this approach is.

Focus On >> Custom Report Sharing
One request that we have received many times is to provide a place for you to share your custom reports with each other. To fulfill this we’ve set up a new area in the Support Center to showcase custom reports. This area is visible when you are logged into the Support Center and is called “Custom Report Sharing”.
We think this is a great way to share ideas, and look for ways to accomplish your reporting goals. We would love for you to contribute to this section by sending us a report that you think others would benefit from or that you are proud of. Continue reading
