Lucity Support for ArcGIS 10.6.1

We are pleased to announce that the upcoming Lucity 2018r2 release (Aug 2018) will support Esri® ArcGIS 10.6.1.  Lucity 2018 also supports this latest ArcGIS release.  Earlier versions of Lucity that fall under active maintenance can be upgraded to 10.6.1, but may require some additional steps as outlined in this knowledge base article. Lucity Support for ArcGIS 10.5

We are pleased to announce that Lucity 2016r2 SP1 (Jan 2017) and Lucity 2017 (Feb 2017) will include built-in support for the latest Esri® ArcGIS 10.5 release!  10.5 is not your typical maintenance and quality improvement release.  There are some major changes included in 10.5 especially to ArcGIS for Server and named user levels.  Earlier versions of Lucity that fall under active maintenance can be upgraded to 10.5, but may require some additional steps as outlined in this knowledge base article.

iOS Service Release for Lucity 2.0

Clients on Lucity 2016 or Lucity 2016R2 can download an update (2.3) to the Lucity mobile application for iPad® and iPhone®. This service release addresses the following issues:

  • Resolves issue with adding to an existing work order from the map
  • Resolves problems interacting with the map while offline
