Clients on Lucity 2016 or Lucity 2016R2 can download an update (2.3) to the Lucity mobile application for iPad® and iPhone®. This service release addresses the following issues:
- Resolves issue with adding to an existing work order from the map
- Resolves problems interacting with the map while offline

This week we released a service release (Build 20) for the Lucity Mobile Android app for tablets. It resolves two key issues:
- Dashboards which included quick lookup plugins configured to go offline failed to take Work Orders and Requests offline
- Going offline with a secure service fails in certain configurations
The update can be downloaded from the Google Play store from your device. To enable updates automatically, open the Lucity Mobile 1.8 details page on Google Play on the device and check the box that says “Allow automatic updating.”
