We are pleased to announce that the upcoming Lucity 2017r2 release (Aug 2017) will support Esri® ArcGIS 10.5.1. Lucity 2017 also supports this latest ArcGIS release. Earlier versions of Lucity that fall under active maintenance can be upgraded to 10.5.1, but may require some additional steps as outlined in this knowledge base article. Continue reading
Today we released a hotfix for the Lucity Web application that improves performance for users on Internet Explorer 11 who are on Lucity 2017. It also includes several bug fixes which affect users on all browsers.
This hotfix disables the ability to customize colors in Internet Explorer. Color customization is still supported in other browsers such as Edge, Chrome, and Firefox. We currently have no plans to re-enable color customization for Internet Explorer in future releases. The performance impact of allowing dynamic colors is too high for Internet Explorer.

We are pleased to announce that Lucity 2016r2 SP1 (Jan 2017) and Lucity 2017 (Feb 2017) will include built-in support for the latest Esri® ArcGIS 10.5 release! 10.5 is not your typical maintenance and quality improvement release. There are some major changes included in 10.5 especially to ArcGIS for Server and named user levels. Earlier versions of Lucity that fall under active maintenance can be upgraded to 10.5, but may require some additional steps as outlined in this knowledge base article.

Clients using Lucity 2016 or Lucity 2016r2 can download a new release for Lucity 2.0 (2.4) for iPad® and iPhone®. This release includes the following:
- ATS Compliance (TLS 1.2)
- Changes to the application colors
- Support for Quick Lookups
- Support for Show All in pick lists
- Support for logging device location
- Added an Add button on forms
- Added a Show in Map button on forms
- Added a search in the Modules Menu
- Support for remembering last layer on Find and Multi-Select in the map
- Show in Map callout is now like the Identify callout
- Support for longer texts in map attributes
- Disabled Delete on Multi-Select in grids
- Various bug fixes
